At a Glance

• You can use the calculator without creating an account or logging in.
• All calculation dimensions, material estimates, mix ratios, rebar schedules, project histories, unit preferences (Imperial/Metric), and regional standards are stored solely and locally on your device.
• We do not upload your construction projects, dimensions, or calculations to external servers.
• The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for its free ad-supported tier and Apple StoreKit for its optional one-time ad-removal purchase.

Information and How It Is Handled

1. Information You Enter for the App

You may enter slab, footing, column, wall, stair, rebar, paint, aggregate, and tile dimensions, material prices, and project details. All saved projects and calculation preferences are stored solely in your device's local sandbox storage. This data is used only to calculate estimates, render material schedules, and create shareable summaries when you explicitly tap the Share button.

2. Support Email

If you email technical support at support@chronos-labs.tech, we receive the information you include in your email (such as your email address, subject, message body, and optional device diagnostics). We use this data only to resolve your request and maintain support records.

3. Advertising, Consent, and Tracking

The free version uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to request and display banner, native, interstitial, and app-open ads.

• Consent Management: Before serving ads where required (such as the EU/UK), the App presents Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog.
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT): The App may request tracking permission via Apple's ATT prompt. Declining does not restrict access to calculation tools or prevent purchasing ad-free access.
• Data Collected by Ad Partners: Google and its advertising partners may collect device identifiers (IDFA/Vendor ID), coarse location, and ad interaction metrics to deliver, limit, or personalize ads according to your settings and Google's Privacy Policy. We never share your construction calculations or material dimensions with advertisers.

4. In-App Purchases (StoreKit)

The optional Remove Ads & Pro Lifetime purchase is processed directly by Apple Inc. through the App Store. The App uses StoreKit to verify and restore transactions. We never receive or store your payment card numbers, banking information, or billing address.

Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your project data or personal information. We share information only with:

• Apple Inc. for App Store purchase processing and receipt validation (Apple Privacy Policy);
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for ad serving and performance measurement (Google Privacy Policy).

Data Retention and Deletion

Local project calculations remain on your device until you delete the project or uninstall the App. If you would like to request deletion of any support correspondence, please email support@chronos-labs.tech with the subject Privacy Request.

Children's Privacy

The App is a professional and DIY construction calculation utility. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy
