India Subsidy Calculator is an unofficial informational tool that helps users estimate possible benefits under Indian government subsidy schemes. The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any government agency.
The app provides planning estimates only. Final eligibility, approval, amount, and disbursement are determined by the relevant official government portal, department, lender, urban local body, DISCOM, bank, or other authorized authority.
2. Information We Store on Your Device
The app stores the following preferences locally on your device:
- Selected State or Union Territory
- Selected language
- Onboarding completion status
- Dark mode preference, if enabled
These values are used only to personalize the app experience and show relevant scheme groups.
3. Calculator Inputs
When you use a calculator, you may enter information such as income, loan amount, property value, solar capacity, crop insurance amount, project cost, education loan amount, or similar scheme-related values.
These calculator inputs are processed locally on your device to produce an estimate. We do not transmit these inputs to Chronos Labs servers.
4. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, sell, rent, or share:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Aadhaar number
- Bank account details
- Precise location
- Contacts
- Photos or media
- Government ID documents
- Calculator inputs
- Calculation results
The app uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process certain data to serve ads, including:
- Device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or iOS Identifier for Advertisers)
- IP address
- Coarse location
- App interaction data related to ads
- Diagnostic data (crash logs, app launch time)
This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Chronos Labs does not collect, store, or access this data on its own servers.
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
5. Advertising and Third-Party Data Processing
The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect, process, and use data such as device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction metrics to deliver and measure ad performance.
Google's use of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
Chronos Labs does not serve ads directly and does not collect, store, or access ad-related data on its own servers. All ad-related data processing occurs through Google's systems.

6. External Links
The app may open official government websites, scheme portals, source documents, or email apps through external links. When you open an external website or app, that service may process information according to its own privacy policy. Chronos Labs is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites or services.
7. Sharing Results
The app may allow you to share a calculation summary using your device's native share sheet. Sharing happens only when you choose to share. The destination app or service you select controls how shared information is handled.
8. Data Retention
Preferences stored by the app remain on your device until you change them, clear app data, uninstall the app, or reset the app if such an option is provided.
Because Chronos Labs does not collect calculator inputs or results on its servers, we do not retain those inputs or results.
9. Data Deletion
You can delete locally stored app data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage from your device settings.
